Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy stated that government employees act as representatives of the administration in delivering welfare schemes to the public. Speaking in Karimnagar after inaugurating the integrated collectorate complex and a Telangana Talli statue, he noted that three percent of government employees serving 97 percent of the population is demanding work.

Mr Revanth Reddy remarked that the government's reputation depends on the performance of its staff, urging officials to treat citizens seeking assistance like family members. He added that the administration secures funds through Urban Challenge Funds and remains willing to work alongside the central government for state development.

Stating that he has no hesitation in praising the Centre when it cooperates, the Chief Minister stressed that political rivalries should be restricted to election seasons. He mentioned that obtaining central approvals for projects is essential, noting recent clearances for a Secunderabad Cantonment road and a Begumpet runway tunnel.

Union Minister Bandi Sanjay, state ministers, and PCC chief Mahesh Kumar Goud participated in the tour, during which Mr Revanth Reddy also requested Union Minister CR Patil to help persuade Maharashtra regarding the Tummidihetti project.
